Core Program Concept
Services
Transitional Housing
Shared Glory provides safe, stable transitional housing for women and their young children in a structured and supportive environment. Residents live in a space designed to promote consistency, accountability, and peace of mind while they work toward long-term housing. Our program bridges the gap between crisis and independence, offering families the stability needed to rebuild.
Life Skills Education
Residents participate in life skills development designed to support daily independence and long-term success. This includes time management, communication skills, conflict resolution, household management, and goal setting. These foundational tools help women confidently navigate both personal and professional environments.
Employment Support
Shared Glory supports residents in securing and maintaining employment through job readiness coaching, resume development, interview preparation, and job search guidance. The program encourages consistent income growth and workplace stability as key steps toward financial independence and long-term housing security.
Parenting Resources
We provide supportive resources to help mothers strengthen their parenting skills while creating a stable and nurturing environment for their children. This includes guidance on routines, child development, and positive discipline, along with access to community-based family support services when needed.
Case Management
Each resident receives individualized case management to support her unique goals and challenges. Through regular check-ins, goal tracking, and resource coordination, case managers help residents stay accountable, access necessary services, and make measurable progress toward independence.
Financial Literacy
Residents are guided through financial education that supports long-term stability and wealth building. This includes budgeting, saving, credit improvement, debt management, and basic financial planning. The goal is to equip women with the knowledge and habits needed to move toward independent housing and, ultimately, homeownership.
